1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, you allow BSP to send text messages about appointments, requested services, client account matters, financial education, business tips, announcements, events, and occasional promotions. Messages may be sent through an automated system. Enrollment in the program does not guarantee that every available message type will be sent to you.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
You may enroll through a BSP website form, written consent form, keyword response, or another method BSP makes available. By enrolling, you authorize BSP to send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent with automated technology where permitted by law.

Your consent applies only to communications from BSP and its service providers acting on BSP’s behalf. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any BSP product or service.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If the number changes ownership or you stop using it, you must opt out or notify BSP promptly.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to your interactions with BSP, the services you request, and whether time-sensitive account or appointment information must be communicated. BSP does not promise a fixed number of messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
BSP does not charge a separate fee for participating in the program. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless service plan. You are responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.​
5. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to a BSP text message to unsubscribe. You may also use another reasonable method to tell BSP that you no longer want text messages, including calling (833) 315-2077 or emailing info@businesssolutionspersonified.com.

BSP may send one final message confirming your opt-out request and, when needed, asking you to clarify the scope of your request. After your request is processed, BSP will stop the messages covered by the request unless you later provide new consent. Opting out of text messages does not prevent BSP from contacting you through another method when permitted by law or needed to provide requested services.

7. Privacy and Mobile Information
BSP handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. BSP will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, text messaging consent, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

BSP may disclose information to vendors that help operate the messaging program, but only as needed to provide those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. BSP may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce these Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of BSP, its clients, or others.
